Also, reminder that 3.11.X has a new signing key. A) just better 
"security" by not using old keys that have been around a long time, and 
B) to preclude anyone accidentally updating from prior versions that are 
signed with a different key.

The Fedora and Debian packages on d.g.o. are signed with the new key. 
Other packages, e.g. CentOS, Ubuntu, SuSE are signed with keys from 
those build systems.
