[Gluster-Maintainers] 3.11.0beta1 <Do not package>

Hi,

We are not packaging 3.11.0beta1, we will wait till May 5th and take in 
the backports for features that slipped the feature freeze date before 
packaging RC0 for 3.11.

I am still running the release job from Jenkins, to test the new github 
based permissions. Hence this mail is sent in advance to ignore the 
packaging request that the release job will raise for 3.11.0beta1.
