Mainly to make it easy and practical for users who want to browse
through the available tarballs. URLs used by packages are basically
static, with the only difference in the versions. Packagers should not
need to care about the job-id id or other unrelated bits in a path.
It would be most welcome to have the older versions in the same place as
the new ones. Alternatively we could have READMEs pointing to the other
locations where older/newer releases are done.
