[Gluster-Maintainers] [gluster-packaging] glusterfs-3.10.4 released

Fails with Glusto tests. See:

This job doesn't use the packages from CentOS SIG (at the moment, will fix
this up by next release), but I don't expect anything to be vastly
different from compiling from the tip of release-3.8.
