Patches for "statedumps for gfapi" are available and probably mostly
ready. There still are unanswered questions in the design doc and on the
patches, but these are minor and should be fixable. Note that the
linked dashboard below does not contain all patches for this featue, use
this link to list them (smaller patches, easier to review, HINT!):

I'd really like to get these in 3.10, it definitely makes debugging
NFS-Ganesha and Samba much easier.

Unfortunately I did not have time to test the SELinux xlator and scripts
that we need for the SELinux feature. We (at least Jiffin and I) are
aware that there is still a little work to do there (xattr inheritance),
so maybe it is better to move it out of this release.
