[Gluster-Maintainers] Gluster 4.0 release: Update from maintainers meeting

Thanks all for the feedback! I plan to send out the mail at around 7pm IST
to gluster-devel/gluster-users.

You can continue the discussion there too if you missed a chance to review
it now.
