[Gluster-Maintainers] Preparations for the next 3.8 release

Hi all,

Later this week I'll be tagging the next 3.8 update. Maintainers are now
requested to refrain from merging patches in the release-3.8 branch
until the release has been announced.

Please let me know if there are any changes that absolutely need to get
included and can not wait for the next release.

Any additional tests on the current release-3.8 branch would be welcome.
Maintainers still carry the responsibility for their components in the
stable releases :)
