[Gluster-Maintainers] Stop merge for patches which modify run-test.sh for a bit

Hi All,

I have sent a patch for new mechanism for disabling tests.
http://review.gluster.org/#/c/13393/

It does away with our current model of having bad tests listed in a
function in run-tests.sh.

I request that maintainers don't merge any "add/remove to/from bad tests
list" patches today while I get my patch to merge. It is leading to a lot
of merge conflicts and updating work otherwise.
