[Gluster-Maintainers] Please stop merging patches in 3.8 until 3.8.7 has been announced

The release notes for 3.8.7 have been posted [0], and I noticed at least
two patches have been merged since yesterday afternoon. The only reason
I am waiting (and need to update the release notes) is because of an
urgent fix for AFR granular entry self heal [1]. Please do not merge any
thing else without informing me about its extreme high urgency.
