[Gluster-Maintainers] glusterfs-3.8 patch reviews are not happening

It seems that reviews (and corrections) of patches for the 3.8 stable
branch are not happening quickly enough. All maintainers should be aware
of the release schedule for all minor updates (3.8 is around the 10th
each month), and review changes a few days before that date. I'll be
doing some minimal checks for releasing 3.8.7 later today, so no further
merging of patches should be done until the announcement is out.

At the moment, there are many patches that are still waiting for reviews
from the component maintainers. One even dates back to June....

Please have a look at these patches, so that they can get included in
the release in January.
