[Gluster-Maintainers] Last week of patch merging for 3.8.2

Hi,

we're in the last week before 3.8.2 is expected to be released. During
this time, only the release maintainer is expected to merge patches in
the branch.

This is documented in the release process as provided in Kaushals pull
request https://github.com/gluster/glusterdocs/pull/139 . There has been
very few responses to the document, eventhough we expect all maintainers
to leave a comment there...
