[Gluster-Maintainers] HEADS-UP: Gluster/NFS is now disabled by default

The 3.8 feature that disables Gluster/NFS by default has been mered.
This means that any test-cases that use NFS now need to enable
Gluster/NFS by setting the volume option 'nfs.disable' to 'false'.
Kaleb put a lot of work in updating the existing test-cases. However
there may be test-cases that are part of a change that is under review
that still need to enable the Gluster/NFS service. Please watch out for
this when merging patches that passed regression tests before this email
was sent.
