[heketi-devel] John Mulligan now co-maintainer for heketi

Hi all,

Better late than never...

It's my pleasure to announce that John Mulligan (@phlogistonjohn)
has been given merge-rights on Heketi, and is hence now one
of the maintainers of the project. John has shown great
contributions refactoring and improving the code, and been
providing valuable reviews to many patches. With the three
maintainers, we will be able to move the project much more
quickly and efficiently!
