[heketi-devel] Call for review of #769 and propose to release 5.0

Hi community,
 I would like to call for review https://github.com/heketi/heketi/pull/769
which removes the need for Godep, and replaces it with glide. Once it is
reviewed and accepted, I would like to release Release 5 of Heketi which
has had some major changes thanks to all of you.
