[heketi-devel] Functional tests are up and running (mostly)

Hi all,
 I have fixed the functional tests with
https://github.com/heketi/heketi/pull/828. I find a few errors and filed
bugs #829 and #830. Also, I have remove the kubernetes tests in the mean
time, until I replace them with something more reliable.

All new PRs will now use these tests. If any errors are found not caused by
the PR, please file a new PR to fix them.
