[heketi-devel] Updated vagrant setup for heketi on kube on centos

Hey folks!

I've managed to build on Luis' kubernetes-centos repo and put together
a set of scripts that will allow you to deploy heketi on that repo's
vagrant setup[1]. You should be able to run the up.sh script, copy the
deploy/ directory to the master node, and then follow the instructions
to a working heketi deployment. :)

This is only the beginning.
