[heketi-devel] heketi has been relicensed

Hi all,

this is to inform you that heketi has been relicensed
from the former overall apache license as follows for
maximum exchangeability and protection of openness:

- The REST api client code (go and python)
  is now dual licensed under Apache 2.0 or LGPLv3+.

- All other code (server, cli, tests, ...)
  is now dual licensed under LGPLv3+ or GPLv2.

The relicensing is effective on the master branch
immediately. Existing releases are not affected.
