Hi,
Red Hat is currently moving out of the DC where the old gluster infra
servers are hosted and we are removing old servers no longer under
warranty. As such and as the last person in charge of this, I am going to
close down mailman and various servers, and/or move them to some cloud VM.
My plan is the following:
- close mailman 2. The infra is almost unused, and could be replaced by
some github forums
- remove all existing baremetal infra, eg the 4 servers. The only exception
will be
- move jenkins to a cloud VM
- move mailman archive to a static website
- move download server to a cloud VM
- move the existing mail alias to a shared instance managed by my team
at RH.
The rest (nagios, munin, various proxies, etc) will be dropped but
shouldn't have impact to anyone but me. If people need something to be
resurected later, we should be able to find a way.
Part hosted outside of the DC should be unaffeted (eg the wordpress
website, etc)
