[Gluster-users] Slow performance and Gluster consultancy position

Hello,

We have a Gluster 9.6 cluster which has been running without any issues for
more than a year, but a few days ago started having issues.

Several times we have seen it suddenly have incredibly slow performance,
where a simple directory listing (with less than a hundred files) takes
more than a minute to run instead of the usual tiny fraction of a second.
We cannot find any error message in the glusterd.log, brick log, etc. The
network between the nodes appears to be performing as normal. Restarting
glusterd appears to resolve the issue temporarily, but not permanently.

First of all, does anyone have any tips on where to investigate from here?

Secondly, can anyone offer experienced professional Gluster services to
help us resolve the issue? You can contact me off-list to discuss the
