In the light of https://lwn.net/Articles/728178/ ("Apache disallows the
Facebook BSD+patent license"), have the possible implications of the use
of/reference to the patent in question (see
http://www.freepatentsonline.com/20160028806.pdf) been discussed
somewhere in detail before accepting, merging the code?
