[Gluster-users] "other names" - how to clean/get rid of ?

because that other names, in my case, are IPs, which I know 
gluster does not, and I do not want it to use.
So if that "other name" gluster actually might use the I 
don't what it there. In other words an IP that will never be 
used again and does not resolve to current & valid hostname.
