[Gluster-users] bad read performances

Hello,

I get bad read performances on replica 3 or distributed replica3 volume 
with a rsync of many little files (about 20kB).
But performances are better on the same volumes when rsyncing files 
greater than 1 MB.
Is it an expected behaviour, and how can I tune gluster to get better 
read performances?
