Hi Fabian,
You can use following feature for nfs which is more advanced than the
normal nfs.rpc-auth-allow
http://gluster.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Administrator%20Guide/Export%20And%20Netgroup%20Authentication/
And also here, by default all the clients are rejected.
