Both are identical. You can use any of the booleans to achieve the same 
effect. {"1", "on", "yes", "true", "enable"} or {"0", "off", "no", 
"false", "disable"}
FYI, the patch http://review.gluster.org/#/c/13958/ to fix this issue 
should make it to glusterfs-3.7.11.
