Dear al,
When trying to delete a folder structure with a 3-node distributed glusterfs 3.7.9, I get following error messages.
[root at highlander hcs]# rm -rf hcs/
rm: cannot remove ‘hcs/OperaArchiveCol/JF_20141204_MiniPlaqueAssay_Over_Time’: Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove ‘hcs/OperaArchiveCol/PA_20141111_StageChallengeTest’: Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove ‘hcs/OperaArchiveCol/JF_20141212_MiniPlaqueAssay_Over_Time’: Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove ‘hcs/OperaArchiveCol/LB 20130619_AreaScan_Complete’: Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove ‘hcs/OperaArchiveCol/JF_20141021_Sf9_Hoechst_DRAQ5’: Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove ‘hcs/OperaArchiveCol/CT 20130529_LiveDeadRot_ON’: Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove ‘hcs/ClusterAnalysis/Julia/JF_20141212_MiniPlaqueAssay_Over_Time_2015-02-02_21-04-51’: Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove ‘hcs/ClusterAnalysis/JF_20141118_SHSY5Y_func_mito_2014-11-20_20-02-39’: Directory not empty
Upon going into those folders, I see the rights set to d--------- and they seem empty.
I performed a rebalance, but the problem remains.
Could you please help me out?
Thanks you,
