[Gluster-users] Is this kind of VM replication possible with Glusterfs

Hi Pranith,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, currently in Glusterfs you have to create a pair for bricks for
file/VM replication.

But can a new translator be created so that it can support the replication
as shown in the pictures attached.

The benefit for this kind of VM replication would be that we can add any
number of nodes (odd/even) and the Glusterfs internal mechanism would
rebalance the VM placement in such a way so that maximum number of VMs
would be available when a number of bricks/node fails.
