Hi,
I am serving several vmware vmdk on a proxmox gluster using ext4 in a
gluster replicating volume without any problem.

The exact error is qemu-img: Unknown protocol
'gluster://test1:/vmstore/testvm

I don't think is is related to the backing file system, I think it is more
of some sort of incompatibility with qemu-img and GlusterFS. But for
completeness sake the backing file system is ext4. I can't create an image
so I don't am not sure what the cache mode is.

Thanks,
