There is HTML. It used to be published as HTML. Now it's only a downloadable
bundle.

If you can identify the decision-maker then maybe they will can be persuaded
to allow someone to untar the bundle to publish it properly.

IMO this would be a good test of whether gluster.org is genuinely managed by
the community, or whether Red Hat calls all the shots.
