Is WebDAV support broken in 3.0.3?

I have a couple of OS X users that have issues with extended attributes where they can mount the NFS and CIFS shares but are unable to work with the file from a system level. I am able to create new files in the file system but unable to modify or move files to the file system. There are a bunch of other issues surrounding it also. I am wondering if there is a trick to making this work or if its something being addressed for the future.
