[Gluster-users] mounting glusterfs on /etc/mtab read only

The idea would be to copy /proc/mounts to a local filesystem, to which 
/etc/mtab points. After mount succeeded, you have to relink the link to 
/proc/mounts.....

1. /etc/mtab -> /<tmpfs>/mymtab -> /proc/mounts
2. rm /<tmpfs>/mymtab
3. cp /proc/mounts /<tmpfs>/mymtab (creating an empty file should be 
sufficient...)
4. mount glusterfs volume
5. rm /<tmpfs>/mymtab
6. ln -s /proc/mounts /<tmpfs>/mymtab

All these steps should can be implemented in a fail save way in 
/sbin/mount.glusterfs
