ok, I just did some testing with 2.0.0qa1.

I deleted a file from the underlying filesystem, and it auto-healed 
it from the other server.

I think this addresses artur's issue.

I didn't get any input/output errors and the file was replaced as I expected.

I didn't do as exhaustive a test as artur's examples, hopefully you 
(artur) can do that with the 2.0.0qa1 release and see what problems may remain.
