I have no screenshot but the vm hangs at "Booting from Hard Disk..."

Have you provided enough RAM for the  VM?.

I used the command in your docs and I have also tried with virt-install:

virt-install -n gluster -r 1024 -v --import --disk
path=/home/mgiammarco/Gluster-3.0.img --disk path=/dev/mapper/virtual-gluster
