[Gluster-users] Gluster software upgrades

Is upgrading Gluster as easy as installing new versions of the server 
and client software? Are there any metadata files (or other information) 
that might be incompatible with the new version that would require 
dumping the file system and then restoring on top of the new version of 
Gluster?

Also noticed there seems to be a release about once a month (according 
to the FTP directories of the releases), will 2.0.6 be released in the 
near future? I'm about to deploy a new server but would like it to be up 
to date before I roll it out.
