[Gluster-users] Stripe mode question

Hello:
     i have a question about stripe mode ,when i use stripe like this 
        
volume bricks
  type cluster/stripe
  option block-size 1MB
  subvolumes client1 client2 client3
end-volume

    When i copy a file which 329M ,the file on  client1 client2 client3 is the same size ,but not three fragments ,the stripe mode  mean what ? 
    I want the file break into pieces which 1M size
