[Gluster-users] error "EBADFD"

I'm seeing many of these sorts of errors in my client logs :

2008-12-09 14:48:13 E [client-protocol.c:1238:client_flush] cluster: : 
returning EBADFD

Any idea what it means ?  My developers are reporting numerous problems 
with file access via Gluster, and i suspect the two are related.
