[Gluster-users] Some advice

Hi guys!
I need some advice
We need a solution were we can write to multiple servers at once
through a single write point (samba based). I thought that glusterfs
and ctdb would be the answer but ctdb does not provide fail over, as
its not possible to write to a share when once node goes down. 
Is there any other way to go about this?
I want to guarantee the up time for the samba shares we provide today.
