[Gluster-users] eager locking

Hi all,

I have seen in (GlusterFS 3.3)  the gluster cli a eager locking option (cluster.eager-lock) and there is no reference to this option in the documentation. Is this option enable by default ? 
Is it in relation with this post http://hekafs.org/index.php/2012/03/glusterfs-algorithms-replication-future/
