Hi Anthony,

Thanks for your interest in Gluster Platform. The Platform has 3 components - Admin GUI, GlusterFS, Underlying OS. So its the same GlusterFS filesystem at the core of the Platform along with easy management and installation and a fixed underlying OS. You can install this on bare-metal with a USB ( and an ISO in the works right now ). You can install it on multiple nodes - the GUI guides the user through installation on multiple nodes making useful suggestions as the install and config proceeds.

Please give it a try and let us know the issues you face so that whereever possible, we can improve upon the user experience of using the Plaform.

- Do you install the platform on a single node or do you install the platform on each server you want to manage?
