[Gluster-users] posix-locks translator renamed

Hi everyone,

The "posix-locks" translator shall henceforth be known as the "locks"
translator, since its responsibilities have widened to include locks
other than those of the POSIX variety.

(There will still be a posix-locks.so symlink for backward
compatibility for a while).
