[Gluster-infra] Upgrade to EL8

Hi,

after Centos 7 and CS8 EOL, the infra is being upgraded to EL 8. You might
see intermittent reboot and downtime, during the week as I upgrade them a
new supported version. Please contact me if you have any question or if
something is broken for more than a few hours and nagios didn't yell at me
:)
