[Gluster-infra] Github API deprecation

Hi,

in a few hours and as announced since february (
https://developer.github.com/changes/2020-02-14-deprecating-password-auth/
), Github will deprecate some APIs. We have updated jenkins and plugin
hoping this is handled by upstream (cause we can't test, we do not
control github ), but we still have 1 tool somewhere that do from to
time trigger a github alert (like once every month). Given the sporadic
nature of the alert, we didn't managed to find what caused that.

Githut just sent us the url:
 https://api.github.com/repositories/1377037/pulls/1786/commits
and user agent:
 GitHub API using Java/1.8.0_262.

So this could be either gerrit, gerrit stage, jenkins, or one of the several jenkins plugins we have.
Jenkins is updated, but gerrit is not, and is being sunset.

If anything break related to github auth and our infra after 16h UTC today, please let us know.
