[Gluster-infra] Botbot.me shutting down on Nov 5

We're losing our logs on November 5 from the IRC channels.

1) Should we care?
2) What alternatives do we have?

I brought this up in community meeting today to make folks aware of this,
and putting a note out here in -infra was the next step.
