[Gluster-infra] Urgent Gerrit reboot today

So hotplugging is working, but for that to work, you need to reverse
the ram in advance. And we did. We just used the hotplug already and
are hitting the limit, so we need to reserve again ram for that, and
that requires a complete reboot (virsh destroy, virsh start).
