Actual config that worked on stage:

[commentlink "githublink"]
    match = "([a-zA-Z\\d\\-]+)/([a-zA-Z\\d\\-]+)#(\\d+)"
    link = "https://github.com/$1/$2/issues/$3"

This will need a Gerrit restart, so it'll take a few days to make it in.
