[Gluster-infra] Permissions change on blog.gluster.org

[Amye Scavarda]

As blog.gluster.org is tied into most of the social media accounts, I've
cleaned up permissions in the WordPress install.
All Gluster.org contributors that don't need access into the internal
config have been dropped down to 'contributor' - which will let you edit
posts in the blog.
This ties in with our earlier social media process we rolled out this
summer.
