[Gluster-infra] Gerrit downtime on Monday

Hello,

As there's been no negative feedback and encouragement from Vijay, I'm
going to bring down Gerrit at 0230[1] on Monday. The outage window is for 2
hours. I will be migrating the data from H2 to PostgreSQL. Please let me
know if you notice any issues after the migration. I'm available on IRC and
email.
