When:
1) I am not in PTO (so count mid June at best)
2) there is no release planned in the week (which basically mean we are
losing 25% of the time I can make the upgrade).

Ideally, I would first get gerrit stop using the old db format, which
requires a dump/scripting modification, and also upgrade on RHEL 7 to
avoid using the old EL 5 host.
