To keep using 3.7.x you will need to edit your /etc/yum.repos.d/glusterfs-epel.repo; change .../LATEST/... to .../3.7/LATEST/...

To switch to 3.8.0, you must switch to the CentOS Storage SIG repos. More information is available from http://download.gluster.org/pub/gluster/glusterfs/3.8/LATEST/EPEL/EPEL.README
