[Gluster-infra] Removed "clean workspace" step from NetBSD regression job

Hi,

I have removed "clean workspace" from NetBSD regression job too. Vijay had
earlier removed it from CentOS regression.
Cleaning the workspace resulted in deletion of complete git repo and
re-clone takes a lot of time. Gerrit trigger/Git plugin intelligently reset
to HEAD~n when moving to next job and hence save time.
