The version of fedora is omitted because I intend to upgrade the fedora
version in the box. Fedora releases too often to make different box
versions for each of them. For example this is 0.3 version. When I rebase
to F24, it will be 0.4. The description is again for the main box and not
the version number.

I was not able to use CentOS because it does not have a trusted box
published for CentOS 6[1]. I choose to use the trusted Fedora vagrant box
[2] instead of CentOS 7 as most developers have Fedora as their dev machine.
I have a patch in progress for vagrant-test where one could specify a
different base box, so it should not be a problem if someone wants a CentOS
7 box.
